Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Important Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Nightwear & lingerie (if hygiene seals are broken)
  • Swimwear & beachwear (if the protective liner is removed)

The Return Process

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage items securely in their original packaging. Include the completed return form we’ll email you.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds process within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian/remote regions):

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Include all customs documentation originally provided
  • Refunds will be issued in your original payment currency

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (like receiving pants instead of your selected jumpsuit):

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange prepaid return shipping and expedite your replacement
