International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please note that customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details

  • Timeframe: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Nightwear & lingerie with broken hygiene seals
  • Swimwear & beachwear with removed protective liners

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely repackage items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the completed return form we’ll email you.
